Well I was able to run 4k  today and only stopped for a minute I have to give myself a pat on the back... It felt great, I have been working the last 3 days 7-7 and I was just itching to get out and run this morning.

This was a quote on my  IPhone  just before I was done my run, that help me finish this morning...
