Can't believe the amount of people texting and driving...

I cannot believe the amouth of young people who drive and text. I recently had to go to the city and on our way there, we saw this car swaying to the right a little and driving slower them normal. I said I bet that person is texting, and yes as we passed them the young lady driving was texting and when we looked back in the mirror she was all over the road.  The same thing happened on our way home, only this person was drving real slow for the 101 hwy and was all over the road. I see people all the time texting or talking on their cell phone. I remember coming home from PEI when bailey had a to go over their and we saw this accident it was bad and later found it was from the lady texting,and didn't see the road workers painting the lines on the road and hit the back of the truck... She was lucky very lucky but what's it going to take...
