Well a few years ago I was really into running and I started working shift work and slowly got out of it, so today I have decided to start running again. I will have to start from scratch so I downloaded this app for my iPad called Strong Runner and it looks pretty awesome it gives you workouts, stretches ,and a 10 week plan for a 5k run. I also downloaded an app called Shape Get In Gear and I do recommend this app it's loaded with tons of stuff to get you going/ will be sure to keep you posted on how I am doing. If you don't hear from me then I am laying face flat at the end of my treadmill lol :-)
Yeah I know some of you who know me, are saying you don't need to loose any weight. Yet here's my take on that, for a long time I was not happy in my own skin, and it took me a long time to get to where I was happy. So that being said no matter how good you think those few extra pounds look on me, I am not happy with them and I need to be happy.. So move over red rover cause here I come...
