Why is it no matter how careful you put the Christmas lights away they always seem to get tangled. I put my outside lights up yesterday and I neatly packed them away last year ,but they were all tangled. Let me tell you they almost saw the garbage can. Is there a Christmas light elf that tangles them during the summer , really.
