Christmas is my Favorite Time of The Year

I am not sure how you feel about Christmas but, for me it's my favorite time of the year. I think we all put aside everything and can feel the sparkle in our hearts at Christmas time. I know I do anyways.

I had seen a remark about the Christmas wish book today and had to post. I can remember the Christmas wish book at my house growing up was known as the Christmas Bible and boy did that book get a good workout not only by us kids but by my mom as well. My mother loved her Sears catalogs but boy did she love the wish book...

Welcome Winter

Well winter is here, on the way home this morning I saw an 18 wheeler stuck halfway up the mountain and a 3/4 tone truck just up from it in the ditch. It looks like the 18 wheeler slowed down for he must have saw the truck coming down the mountain loosing control. I was just able to get by the 18 wheeler but let me tell ya, by slowing down I started to spin. I was thinking to myself I can't have two shitty mornings in a roll can I..someone must have heard me I made it home ...

Not a good morning!!

On my way home from work this morning my power steering went in my car. How do you say good f..ing morning to you. Last thing you want happening after working 12 hours and at 7 am ,plus right before Christmas. Was not a happy camper to say the least. Well now that I have that out of my system I am off to try to get some sleep. I am sure once I hear what it will be to fix ,will not make me happy either. Well have a good day hopefully it starts better then mine did.

Christmas Lights

Why is it no matter how careful you put the Christmas lights away they always seem to get tangled. I put my outside lights up yesterday and  I neatly packed them away last year ,but they were all tangled.  Let me tell you they almost saw the garbage can. Is there a Christmas light elf that tangles them during the summer , really.

Baby Shower

Went to a baby shower today, it has been awhile since I had been to one. The last one I was at we played the game where you took the clothes pins off the wire hanger...lol  This one was fun it was for my good friend Meghan and I am real happy for her...You will be a great mom :)

Hi everyone sorry for not blogging for awhile, I have been working nights, so I am either working or sleeping these days. I am on my last night shift  tonight then off for a week. I think I will get the Christmas stuff out and try to get some of the outside stuff up while it is still nice. It seems ever year  I am out in a snow storm putting up lights.Well I hope everyone had a great day, I am off to get ready for work take care and talk soon...
