Coffee with a Friend

I had coffee with a friend today, and want to say thanks. She gave me some good advice and I left our meeting feeling better about things. Now I know why I have always looked up to you growing up even if at times I didn't show it. You have a good out look on things. We have always had a strong connection, and you're right things happen for a reason, I too believe that. :)

Do you ever wish?

Do you ever wish life was easier, well I do. Some days I feel like I am fighting a loosing battle. You try and try and still don't seem to be getting anywhere. Do you get the feeling I am having a bad day, yes I am and just had to vent. Oh and remember all those leaves I raked up last week well my lawn looks like I didn't even do anything lol...

Leaves and more Leaves

Well today I raked leaves and more leaves, I thought they would never end. As I am raking I look up and notice the tree on the front lawn has just as much left to fall yet.

Update on Bailey

Well a hundred dollars later at the vets, bailey had a shot of steroids, got some to take for 10 days as well and new food with stuff in it for his back. He has Intervertebral  Disc (Ruptured Disc) Disease brought on by being dropped by a groomer. This happened awhile ago now but he will have problems for the rest of his life. He is only 16 months old poor little guy.

Bailey is Sick

My baby is not feeling well, his back is sore poor baby. We will go to the vet tomorrow to have him checked out.

Thanksgiving

Had Thanksgiving Dinner at our place this year and it went great. A special thank you to my sister Debbie for all your help. It was so nice having everyone over.I enjoyed all the laughs, I only ended up with a burn on my arm and finger. Lets not forget about the flour and water going all over the place when I tried to make gravy lol.

I thought I would share this with you, seen it today and thought it was funny.

It is a nice sunny October day out and the leaves are really starting to turn color, I am hoping to get out and get some pictures this weekend. I have family coming for Thanksgiving Dinner this year, first time at my house, I am very excited to have them it will be nice.

Get out and enjoy the day for we will not have too many of them left before you know it , the old white stuff will be falling.

Well I went to the bulk barn today and holly crap stuff adds up fast... Trying to change the whole eating habit, really I don't it's the husband who does, and since I do most of the cooking we both are. Going gluten -free.

Funny Truth..

Like the energizer bunny...

Well I worked last night got off an hour ago and I cant go to sleep. I feel like the energizer bunny lol.
I guess that's what I get for being of 3 months and going back to work 3 -12 hour night shifts....

OK I wined long enough.

On to a happier note the sun is shinning after raining , for like what a week I stopped counting.  The leaves are turning color hope to get some pictures before they all fall of the trees.
