Be Seen

Safety gear for running in the dark. As the fall and winter is fast approaching it is getting darker earlier, so thought I'd cover some gear to be seen.

I use the noxgear tracer 360 vest which I have supplied the link. Plus I have two LED clips that clip onto my shoes and I also have a head lamp which I do not use much. I love my vest. Yes it cost a bit but well worth it. I got my clip ons for my shoes at cleaves they weren't that much and sometimes you can find in their bins on sale cheap when they have sales. Just saw them at the valley harvest for like 5$ I've even used the ones from the dollar store which last a long time still have a set to be honest which are like over a year old and going strong

Sometimes

Sometimes you just need the sound of the waves crashing the shore and the smell of the ocean water.

Just wanted to say great job Rachael.. 10km you did awesome. I gave Rachel a 🥉 this evening for putting her all into this 10 km run and crushing it.
